Last weekend was VERY eventful. We (Nashville) knew we were in for a couple of days of rain. We did not know that we were in for one of the largest natural disasters we might ever see. Nashville flooded. Many of our beautiful city's landmarks were damaged, not to mention all of the families that lost everything. I hope to never see anything like that again. It will be a LONG time before everything is rebuilt and back to normal. There's some saying about how you don't really know how much you love something until you (almost) lose it. Before all of the flooding happened, Nico took part in Nashville Parents Magazine's annual cover model search. He did so well! He was a little timid and a lot charming (as usual) on stage. He really knew how to work the judges...he was chosen to be a cover kid! We will get details on the photo shoot and "his month" at the beginning of June. I will keep you posted!
